Goose / Duck Down Comforters:
If you
like to keep your house at a reasonable temperature and still
sleep in warmth (and luxury) consider our down quilts. People
who have used them get spoiled and won't sleep under anything
else. There are several good reasons for this including warmth,
light weight and that smug feeling that comes from knowing
you're beating the gas company out of a few bucks. Also great
for cabin, trailer, camper or van.
The quilts
can be ordered with nylon or 100% down-proof English cotton
covering, and are filled with 650 loft (better than most sleeping
bag manufacturers!) goose
down. Quilts are baffled just like Kluane sleeping
bags and all baffle seam threads are hidden. Because of their
large size, Queen and King size quilts are constructed with
a centre block baffle to prevent the down from shifting side-to-side.
Baffled quilts have square three dimensional baffling and
approximately one third more down.
